Store — Rebel Routes Breathwork & Empowerment Coaching

Rebel Routes is located in London, Ontario, where I live, work and grow on the traditional territory of many Indigenous Peoples, including the Haudenosaunee, Lūnapèewak, Attawandaron and Anishinaabek. I recognize that these lands are now home to many diverse Indigenous Peoples and acknowledge the historical and ongoing oppression and marginalization of First Nations, Inuit and Métis people. As a descendent of colonists, I am committed to listening to the voices of those who have been and continue to be silenced while actively relearning my role in supporting my community.

As a member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, I work to ensure all Rebel Routes-facilitated spaces are inclusive. I welcome all humans to show up as they are, knowing they will be received with love and appreciation.
